EPC recognizes that protecting the personal information of our clients and their applicants is of the highest priority. While no security system can promise 100% impenetrability, EPC takes steps to ensure that your information and that of your applicants is given the highest level of security to help mitigate the possibility of an information breach. - All clients are cross checked against a monthly alert list furnished by the credit bureaus to ensure that no client has been flagged as ineligible to receive credit information.
- EPC utilizes SSL/TLS encryption to protect the transfer of sensitive information online.
- EPC limits internal access to data to those who have a need for the information to perform a specific job function.
- EPC employees are kept up-to-date on best security and privacy practices.
- EPC 's servers are maintained in a secure environment
- EPC is a member of the Better Business Bureau, Better Business Bureau Online Privacy Seal Program, National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), ASIS International, and The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
